Nullsoft Winamp 5 is a fast, flexible, high-fidelity music player for Windows. Winamp supports playback of many audio (MP3, OGG, AAC, WAV, MOD, XM, S3M, IT, MIDI, etc) and video types (AVI,ASF. If you download Winamp Essentials Pack 5.7 beta 4 to your computer, you need to have Winamp version 5.6 or above in order to enjoy the capabilities of this plugin. This collection of tools contains the Ogg Vorbis Encoder, the Apple Lossless (alac) Decoder, WavPack Decoder, Waveform Wrapper and Lite-n Winamp Preferences. TAP ENCODER: Select: FLAC Emcoder v2.41 (libFLAC v1.3.0) FLAC Encoder Options: - Best Compression. CD-Ripping TAP RIPPING Put the: “Maximum speed at which winamp should rip CDs:” at 1x. Then select close. Klick one time more on RIP and select “RIP ALL TRACKS” And Winamp rips without any problem your CD to FLAC. On my copy of winamp (now 5.5, buit I had 5.35 for a while), one can rip CDs directly to mp3's. Look at the encoder tab on ripping otpions. There should be something like 'MP3 Encoder 1.34'. You can chose VBR/CBR, what bitrates, etc.
The opusfile library provides seeking, decode, and playbackof Opus streams in the Ogg container (.opus files) includingover http(s) on posix and windows systems.
opusfile depends on libopus and libogg.The included opusurl library for http(s) access depends onopusfile and openssl.
Changes since the v0.11 release:
- Fix stack overflow buffering out-of-sequence streams.
- Fix possible divide-by-zero.
- Fix issues with seeking in the win32 backend.
- Fix an issue where the seek algorithm could be confusedby stream data changing between reads.
- Clean up compiler and scan-build warnings.
- Avoid use of the deprecated ftime() functionwhich has Y2038 problems.
- Remove undefined behaviour memcpy(NULL) in op_read_native().
- Visual Studio project files updated for libogg 1.3.4 library name change.

This release is backward-compatible with the previousrelease. We recommend all users upgrade.
Note that because of the removal of certificate store hooksin openssl 1.1.1 and later, there are unfortunately nosupported versions of that library which can be used withthe code in opusurl to validate https responses againstthe system certificate store on Windows. Using the systemdefault access to the certificate store on other platformsworks fine.
