So if you want to be able to join Zoom meetings with Teams client, then Zoom have to setup a Teams gateway.

This electron wrapper breaks SSO for me. I tried with firefox, chromium and qutebrowser and this is the page I get redirected after I enter my email address.

Per https://github.com/nativefier/nativefier/issues/164 you can bypass the SSO by adding your orgs url to the PKGBUILD. Here's an example that I used:
I would also recommend adding --tray and --counter options for nativefier and changing the --pkgname '${pkgname}' for gendesk to --pkgname 'Webex Teams'.

For now, I will be fixing the package, until the Webex team properly supports Linux. Once it is ready, I will edit the package as needed.
There is an issue open for support.
